What to bring

Come as you are. We’ll take care of the rest.

A detailed black and white illustration of a packed outdoor gear set, including a duffel bag, towel, water bottle, rolled blanket, slip-on sandals, and a hat.

A few things will help you get the most out of your session:

  • Swimsuit (clothing is required)

Something comfortable you can move between sauna and cold in

  • Towel (2 recommended)

One to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off after

  • Water (more than you think)

Hydration matters more than you think - we will try to provide you with access to drinking water but that is dependent on location and may be limited if available.

  • Sandals, slip-ons, (or thick wool socks or neoprene boots for winter)

Easy to get on and off between rounds

  • Warm layers (especially in colder months)

Hat, sweatshirt, or blanket for between sessions - while some people enjoy a dip in the water between sauna sessions, others prefer to sit outside in the brisk air or at our lounge around the fire pit.

  • Backpack/Gym Bag

Something you can put all your dry clothes in while you are enjoying your session - allowing you to store everything safely in one place.

Optional (may be available for purchase at host station)

  • Wool Sauna hat

Helps regulate heat (and looks good too)

  • Electrolytes

Great for recovery after your session
