All bookings are non-refundable.

Once a session is booked, it is reserved specifically for you. Because of the limited capacity of each session, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Rescheduling (Limited Flexibility)

We understand plans change.

• Requests made 24+ hours before your session may be eligible for a one-time reschedule

• Reschedules are subject to availability

• Requests made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for rescheduling
  
  

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end on time.

• If you arrive late, you may join the session already in progress

• Your session will still end at the scheduled time

• No refunds or extensions will be provided
  
  

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your session, your booking is forfeited and no credit or refund will be issued

NØRDHAVEN operates in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and cold.

• Weather is considered part of the experience

• Sessions will only be canceled in cases of severe or unsafe conditions (at our discretion)

• If we cancel, you will receive a full credit or reschedule option
