1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, accessing, or participating in any NØRDHAVEN service, you agree to these Terms of Use, along with our:
Liability Waiver
Cancellation Policy
Privacy Policy
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older for community sessions
By booking, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor wellness activities involves inherent risks.
All participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Pricing, availability, and session details are subject to change
A booking is not confirmed until payment is received
5. Cancellations & Weather
All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy
NØRDHAVEN operates in most weather conditions
Sessions may be canceled by us in unsafe conditions
If we cancel, a credit or reschedule will be provided
6. Code of Conduct
By participating, you agree to:
Follow all staff instructions
Respect other guests
Refrain from unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
Not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
NØRDHAVEN reserves the right to remove any participant at its discretion, without refund.
7. Health Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
You agree to:
Exit the sauna or cold plunge if you feel unwell
Follow recommended usage guidelines
8. Personal Property
NØRDHAVEN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
We recommend leaving valuables at home or secured in your vehicle.
9. Media & Content
By participating, you grant permission for incidental photos or videos to be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, logos, and materials associated with NØRDHAVEN are the property of NORDHAVEN LLC and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORDHAVEN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
