Sessions run in most weather conditions

This includes:

• Rain

• Snow

• Cold temperatures

• Wind

We believe these conditions can even enhance the sauna + cold plunge experience.

When we may cancel

Sessions will only be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe, including:

• Severe storms

• Lightning

• High winds

• Extreme conditions that impact safety or equipment

All cancellations are made at the sole discretion of NØRDHAVEN.

If we cancel

If a session is canceled by us, you will receive:

• A full reschedule, or

• A credit for a future session
  

If you choose not to attend

Standard cancellation policy applies.
